Solutions@Work manages and maintains all aspects of a company’s telecommunication systems.

Mitel Phone Systems. Solutions@Work configures, maintains and supports the full line of Mitel products: Mitel Server, the main phone server, or PBX; Mitel Remote Teleworker allows users to use Mitel phones from any location; Mitel Quick Conference Server allows for teleconferencing; Mitel Mobile Extension Server allows for mobile extensions; Mitel Voicemail Server handles all the voice mail boxes; and Mitel ASU servers allow analog lines to integrate into the digital system.

Spectralink Phone Systems. Solutions@Work configures, maintains, and supports the Spectralink SVP Servers-IP which control the communication between the wireless Spectralink phones and Mitel phone systems; Spectralink SVP Servers-Analog, the analog version of the SVP server allows analog phones to work with the Mitel systems; and Spectralink Phones which are wireless phones.


Call Center Systems. Solutions@Work provides configuration, management and support for Prairie Fyre call center systems. In addition we provide addon services such as Voice Callback, ANI/DNIS Routing, Messaging and Reporting, and a Contact Center. 

Cell Phone Management. Solutions@Work's manages and provides cost control for a company's corporate cell phones. Utilizing industry standard tools as well as proprietary metrics software, we can make cell phones and their usage an efficient tool for your company.
